Crucial Disclosure: We collect high-resolution images via the "Snap & Bid" feature to facilitate merchant bidding. We also track precise location data for field inspections of cars and land.
1. Data Collection
We collect your registration details, transaction history, and unique Partner Agent Codes to ensure lifetime commissions are calculated accurately.

2. Inspection Liability
Aflaosi facilitates physical inspections through field agents. While we strive for accuracy, the final purchase decision rests with the buyer. Aflaosi is not liable for latent defects in vehicles or land title disputes arising after the transaction.
Partner Rewards: Partners are entitled to commissions on (a) merchant registrations, (b) referral sales, and (c) inspection facilitation. Manipulation of these systems results in immediate termination.
3. Right to Deletion
In compliance with Google Play's 2026 standards, Aflaosi provides a straightforward way to delete your account and all associated data.
Request Deletion: You can delete your account directly in the App Settings or by visiting
our Deletion Portal.
